Pricing
Prices for Water-Way and associated products include VAT.
Prices for delivery in the UK include postage.
Prices for delivery outside the UK:
• Europe:
- additional £2 for Water-Way application only
- additional £5 for Water-Way + GPS orders.
• USA:
- additional £3 for Water-Way application only
- additional £7 for Water-Way + GPS orders.
Delivery
All orders will be delivered by standard first class post.
Customers who require additional postal services such as signed-for or tracking should contact Eureauweb Ltd for calculation of postal charges.
Payment
Orders must be paid for before dispatch. We take the following methods of payment:
- Cheque made payable to ‘Eureauweb Ltd’. Orders will be dispatched as soon as cheques have cleared.
- Bank transfer (BACS); our bank details are available on request. Orders will be dispatched as soon as transfer has cleared.
- PayPal using our on-line shop facility
- Telephone to +44 (0)1788 891421 giving card details.
Refund policy
If the product does not meet the purchaser’s requirements or is faulty, a full refund will be given, or a replacement provided in the case of faults, for orders returned within 28 days of receipt.
Liability
Eureauweb is not liable for any damage that may be caused to computer equipment due to incorrect or inappropriate use of any product supplied by us.
